Production

Distillates

KVKZ cognacs are based on premium distillates from trusted producers in Armenia and Russia.

Water

  1. Removal of mechanical impurities
  2. Coconut charcoal filtration to improve organoleptic properties
  3. Softening with ion-exchange equipment
  4. UV bactericidal treatment
  5. Reverse osmosis purification

Sugar and caramel

Only ecologically clean natural ingredients are used for KVKZ cognacs.

Stabilization and filtration

Cognacs undergo cold treatment down to -15 to -18°C for at least 5 days, followed by filtration at temperatures down to -5°C. Before bottling, cognac passes through 10 µm and 1 µm fine filters.
