Harvest. Gentle pressing. Brief maceration and alcoholic fermentation. Must distillation. Cognac spirit aged in oak barrels for more than three years. Addition of specially prepared softened water. Stabilization at -6°C…-12°C for at least five days followed by filtration. Additional filtration before bottling.
